
Previously the course was delivered as an on-site training course for a maximum of 15 participants. The amendments to the IMDG Code come from proposals submitted directly to the IMO by Member States and amendments required for adoption due to a change in the. The course is recognised by the Maritime Safety Directorate of the Irish Department of Transport as meeting the requirements for shore based personnel under the IMDG code.
